  - 8/31/2023: 	SQL Version Update - the SQL data files hosted at the following URL will be upgraded
		to use a newer version of SQL Server on the evening of Thursday, August 31, 2023:

		Please ensure you are using the latest version of SQL Server or SQL Express to read
		the data files for all downstream processes to ensure uninterrupted service.

  - 12/22/2022:  Updated dataset to respect Property Assessment tax year release guidelines.
  - 08/03/2021:	 Minor update to logic for populating SystemInfo.RefreshDate field to keep it more up-to-date in all scenarios. Data value change only, no chnage to table structure.
  - 01/07/2021:  The site that hosts the county files has made some updates.  This should not affect how the files 
		 are accessed.  This is the url that can be used to navigate to the ftp site for the files ftp://ftp.geoinfo.msl.mt.gov/Data/Spatial/MSDI/Cadastral/
  - 11/29/2019:  Values of "MOB" in Residential Type (ResType) in the Res table will change to 
			"MH" (per SB 200)
		 Values for MHMake, MHModel, MHWidth, MHLength in the Res table will be 
	  		removed - NULL (per SB 200)
  - 05/02/2019:	 Updates to the way data is refreshed. No structure changes expected to mdf files.
  - 01/12/2019:	 SQL Version Update - Use the latest SQL Server or SQL Express version to
				 open the mdf files.
